It was a great to see the phenomenal work of the Trussel Trust’s foodbanks profiled on BBC Wales Today this week, and especially exciting that they chose to report from the Eastern Valley Foodbank that runs out of our Hope Centre in Pontypool. Obviously it’s sad that foodbank usage is higher than ever in Wales, but encouraging that God’s people are able to serve those who are facing hard times in such a practical and compassionate way.
